Defrost before cooking.
Pre heat oven to 150°C/130°C/Gas Mark 3. In a baking tray lay some sliced potatoes or onions, then place the pork in the middle of the tray on top of the veg. Pour 1/2 inch of water in the tray. Cover the tray with foil and cook for 2.5 hours. Allow the pork too cool before slicing.
Keep frozen. Once opened, use within 24 hours and by the use by date.
