Defrost before use.
Pre heat oven to 150°C/130°C Fan/Gas Mark 3. In a baking tray lay some sliced potatoes or onions, then place the buffalo in the middle of the tray on top of the veg. Pour 1/2 an inch of water in the tray. Cover the tray with foil and cook for 2 hours 15 minutes. Allow the buffalo to cool before slicing.
Keep frozen. Once opened, use within 24 hours and by the use by date.
