Defrost before use.
Pre heat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6. Place a roasting tray on a hob on medium heat with a little splash of oil. Place the joint in the tray and sear all sides. Then remove from heat. Add chopped vegetables of your choice to a deep roasting tray, add 1/2 inch of water to the tray and place the joint on top of the vegetables. Cover the tray with foil and cook in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Reduce the temperate to 150°C/130°C Fan/Gas Mark 3 and cook for a further 45 minutes. Leave the joint to rest for 15 minutes before carving.
Keep frozen. Once opened, use within 24 hours and by the use by date.
