Cook From Frozen.
Preheat oven to 150°C/130°C/Gas mark 3. Place the beef in Salt & Pepper in a pyrex dish and place foil over the dish. Place the tray in the oven on the middle shelf for one hour and 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, peel back the foil and turn the Beef in Salt & Pepper over and reseal the foil over the tray. Reduce the temperature of the oven by 20°C to 130°C/110°C/Gas mark 2. Return the dish to the oven and cook for a further one hour. Remove the tray from the oven ensuring not to spill any of the liquid. Check the food is piping hot and serve
Keep frozen. Once opened, use within 24 hours and by the use by date.
