All returns must be requested in writing within 7 days of receiving the product(s). We will provide a refund under the following circumstances
The product(s) has been damaged, this includes the outer packaging
The temperature controlled packaging has been damaged
The item(s) delivered are incorrect and not as ordered
The request for a refund must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the product (the delivery date). Photographic evidence must be provided to support the request for refund. The photographic evidence must clearly show the default.

After receiving your request for refund, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your request for us to respond. Refunds may take 2-3 days to appear on your statements once we have processed the refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
